Job Title: Business Development Manager – Portfolio Investors, Build-to-Rent & Single-Family Home Developers Salary: £55,000 base, plus performance-based bonuses (OTE £65,000–£70,000) & Employee Share Option Location: Remote/Hybrid – mix of remote work and field-based activities across the UK.

We're looking for a Midlands-based Business Development Manager to grow our partnerships with property developers managing 10–100 unit Build-to-Rent (BTR) and single-family home developments.

Our Central Property Management team, based in Warwickshire, is NFOPP-qualified, providing professional, transparent, and tenant-focused management services.
We cater to developers seeking flexible and efficient solutions for their portfolios, from Build-to-Rent to single-family homes.
Role Overview As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the face of our professional management services, driving growth through meaningful partnerships with property developers.
You'll focus on selling the value of our Central Property Management team and tech platform to ensure seamless property operations for developers of 10–100 unit projects.
You'll also work closely with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, and estate agents, to establish referral opportunities and expand our reach.
Responsibilities Market Research & Outreach: Identify property developers with 10–100 unit portfolios in BTR and single-family homes who can benefit from professional, tech-driven property management solutions.
Relationship Development: Build lasting relationships with property developers, estate agents, architects, and consultants to generate referrals and build trust in our services.
Presentations & Negotiations: Deliver tailored pitches and proposals, showcasing how our NFOPP-qualified Central Property Management team and technology streamline property operations.
Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and content that appeal to property developers.
Pipeline Management: Track leads, monitor progress against targets, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
Qualifications Experience: At least 5 years in a similar role within property management, real estate, or a related sector.
Proven Success: Demonstrable track record of building relationships, securing new business, and meeting or exceeding targets.
Expertise: Solid understanding of Build-to-Rent and single-family home developments, and the challenges developers face.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
