Principle Responsibilities for the BusinessDevelopment Manager: To gain an understanding of customers, businesses and requirementsTo develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their needsTo perform onsite demonstrations and technical presentationsTo prepare proposals, quotations and administer clients accountsTo work on after sales support services and provide technical back-up as requiredTo prepare reports and keep customer records through CRM softwareTo meet regular sales targets and co-ordinate sales projectsDeliver KPI's and quarterly sales growth targetsPresent regular progress reports ad updates to the management teamDisplay good knowledge and capability with digital marketing platforms Good influencing and presentations skills Excellent communicator with the ability to work closely with the management team and regularly communicate and reports activities.Possesses practical knowledge in process, business and commercial sales.
