Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the market, driving B2B sales, and identifying new opportunities for service development and strategic growth.
What you'll be doing - Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth in the medical staffing department, focusing on B2B sales channels.
- Identify and target new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
- Collaborate with the medical staffing team to identify and develop new sectors and services that align with market needs and trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.
- Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.
