Background of the business This business is one of the leading Global Logistics providers looking after a plethora of different markets.
With well in excess of $10 billion in revenue over the last year this a business which can provide a life changing career path and progression opportunities.
They are now looking for an Automotive Fleet and Mobility superstar who can grow their business in the Fleet market and mirror the success they already have with many vehicle manufacturers.

Business Development Manager
~ Field based remote working.
Ideally more central UK to aid you with travel to office and clients.
~£Car / Car allowance (£500 P/M)
~ Private Health care (Bupa)
~ Pension 3% employee – 7% employer
~26 days annual leave + Bank holiday

The role of Business Development Manager has been created to specifically increase the presence into the Fleet and Mobility market.
Selling a variety of logistics solutions such as Vehicle Movement, Storage and Fleet Management as well as many others fantastic add-ons.
You will be reporting to the Head of Business Development who has been with the business for many years.
But, this role will come with large amounts of autonomy for you to grow your business using your network and experience in the market.
The business trusts that you know what you are doing, and your results will speak for themselves.

With the Global presence and sheer scale of the business the opportunities to grow and develop are endless.
If you perform well then doors all across the business can open for you.
Targeting the Fleet market is a newer venture for the business so you will be able to shape the strategy and truly put your stamp on the business.

Proactively and tenaciously seek out and identify new business opportunities and to lead the organisation in trying to secure them, including new markets and new clients.
Creating a sales strategy successfully reach new business opportunities.
Leveraging your automotive network to open doors in the Fleet & Leasing market to grow the business presence across those key markets.

Proven track record in a Field based Business Development role is essential.
You will ideally be from an Automotive background with experience selling or managing Leasing companies / large Fleet customers.
