i.e account manager, application engineer, field engineerPrevious experience working for an Energy Operator in lower/sand control completion design.
i.e lower completions engineerPreferably having completed industry graduate or technician training programmeClients with relevant Oil and Gas experience but not in sand control will be considered if candidate has proven capability to become competent in new disciplines quicklyCandidate must display critical thinking and problem-solving skills evidenced by previous successful outcome of strategy and tactics developed by the candidate or is able to demonstrate an aptitude for these capabilitiesProven experience of networking and managing customers based in NorwayFluent in English language both verbal and writtenAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), leadership abilities and desire to collaborate across the function and organizationProven ability to use analytics and influencing skills to drive resultsExhibited sense of urgency to drive effective change and manage performanceJob location Candidates who are located in Norway is strongly preferredUK and other Nordic based candidates will be considered with proven experience of operating within the North Sea/Norwegian Oil & Gas marketsWork your way eligible with either Hybrid/Remote/Home based/Office based - all fully supportedMay include up to 10% domestic/international travelSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
