Neo Property Solutions Limited is a recognised specialist in the provision of technically challenging passive fire protection solutions.
Our services include Fire Compartmentation Surveys, Fire Door Surveys, Fire Stopping and Fire Compartmentation Works, executed as part of a rolling programme of annual inspection and/or rectification works required across multi-occupancy housing, buildings of public amenity, healthcare facilities, education establishments, student accommodation blocks and security sensitive office buildings and workplaces.
Business Development Manager - (PFP Passive Fire Protection) Salary: To £50k + Car / Car Allowance + Benefits Location: Midlands & South (Home based with travel) NEO Property Solutions are on a journey and looking to continue our year-on-year growth through 2025.
Part of Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG) since 2021 a group of 28 companies, we sit within the Fire Protection division and specialise in Passive Fire Protection (PFP) completing Fire Stopping / Compartmentation and Fire Door projects across an array of properties including Schools, Universities, Hospitals, Care Homes, Social Housing, Supermarkets and much more.
The last 12 month have seen our turnover grow by 20 % from £15m to £18m and we've set our sites on a 25% increase for 2025.
These are challenging yet achievable objectives with the right people in place.
This is where you come in – we're looking for an experienced Sales professional with an understanding of PFP, you could be from an industry supplier or ideally someone already working in this field.
You'll need to identify profitable projects, implement initiatives aimed at generating new customers and maximise on existing relationships, complete tenders / bids and work closely with our directors, commercial and senior management teams to drive business growth.
This is an exciting opportunity as you will be given a good balance of autonomy to do your role as you see best, whilst benefiting from being part of a group wide Sales function with colleagues across the different companies supporting one another, sharing ideas / opportunities and helping where needed.
