Created in 1996 it specialises in the manufacture and supply of batteries, battery packs, chargers and lighting products for both individuals and professionals, through our brands Allbatteries, ENIX Energies and ENIX Power Solutions.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager as part of a permanent contract for our site in Solihull Main missions: Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you carry out the following missions: Prospect, qualify and win new business within agreed parameters Qualify, distribute and close inbound leads from web and marketing activities Partner with marketing team to develop campaigns to generate leads within agreed market sectors Manage a pipeline of customer opportunities from inception to a win Maintaining up to date knowledge of relevant products and services Developing internal relationships with colleagues across the business to be able to provide the best level of service to your customers Actively assisting and supporting colleagues as required Support is provided for the rise in competence in your functions as well as your development in our company.

Profile / skills required: Commercially-minded with experience of winning new business Ability to build rapport and influence senior external stakeholders Confident telephone manner and tenacious sales approach Self-motivated and confident in using initiative Ability to create solutions for customer requirements Strong communication and team working skills Strong attention to detail and administrative skills Ability to apply / win / manage public - private tenders Demonstrate excellent time management and ability to multitask Proficiency in using MS Office / CRM The ideal candidate will be highly organized, confident and possess an entrepreneurial flare.
The successful candidate will be professional, proactive and have experience of managing an existing customer base, as well as developing new business.
Remuneration: Depending on experience Basic : £28 800 - £40 800 OTE : £4 200 - £17 640 Position to be filled as soon as possible ADZN1_UKTJ
