The peripatetic role provides face to face contact with a panel of brokers in a dedicated geographic area.
A key aspect of the role is to form and develop effective and productive relationships with brokers and ensure the brokers are familiar with the Aldermore proposition and how that can support them grow their business through delivering fit for purpose solutions for their clients.Acting as the first port of call for brokers to regularly contact by telephone is also a feature, together ensuring that any changes in criteria or product are communicated effectively. Providing exceptional service during all broker interactions with the primary focus being to achieve new business targets through the acquisition of good quality mortgage applicationsWhat will your day look like?Maximise the potential within the geographic area to achieve the required levels of new business as a key element of the overall performance KPIs.Work collaboratively with the Telephony BDM for the area to provide a coordinated and quality service for the brokersMaintain and own the regional Platinum Broker distribution to help achieve strategic objectivesDelivery of group or team presentationsDevelop, maintain and implement an effective contact strategy for brokers within the areaMaintain a strong knowledge and awareness of the Aldermore products and servicesActively encourage brokers to consider the benefits of the services Aldermore offer.What do we expect from youBusiness to business sales experience in financial services preferably in the Intermediary mortgage market.Relationship building and account management skills.Previous experience and knowledge of the Mortgage market.High standards of personal performance in day to day execution of tasks.Advanced communication skills across a range of internal and external stakeholders.Previous experience of managing a defined panel of Intermediaries selling financial services products and be able to evidence performance levels achievedCeMAP or equivalent – Desirable/to be achieved within 12 months of taking up the role.What can you expect from us?A friendly and flexible culture, the same as how we work with our customers.A growing organisation that means there's lots of opportunities to progressA drive for continuous improvement, which you will be empowered to get behind from day one.And of course, you will be rewarded competitively, with a good range of core benefits and bonus potential.
