Location: Fully Remote (EU-based) Salary: Competitive base salary with generous commission structure About the Role: We are working with a growing pharmaceutical company that is expanding its footprint across Europe and looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities while fostering long-term partnerships.
This remote role offers a flexible working environment with plenty of autonomy to manage your portfolio and grow your network in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients in the pharma and biotech sectors to expand the company's client base.
Build strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the pharmaceutical sector.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, regulatory, R&D) to present tailored solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipelines through CRM systems.
What We're Looking For: A minimum of 3 years of business development or sales experience , preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle and industry regulations.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Self-starter attitude with a high degree of autonomy and the ability to manage your own schedule.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., French, German) are a plus.
Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
