*Fully remote position with regular team events and meetings* WordSeed is a UK-based advertising platform that uses a network of premium publishers and content creators to provide a scalable way for consumer brands to reach new customers.
We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our growing team covering multiple industry verticals including fashion, lifestyle and consumer goods.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to join a company experiencing fast growth in the fast-paced world of digital marketing.
As a Business Development Manager you will report to the Founders and be key point of contact for new and existing clients.
The Role Develop a strong pipeline of potential brand partnerships through outreach, networking and marketing follow up.
Identify, prospect & qualify leads by conducting introductory and consultative discussions, via telephone, email and face to face meetings.
Identify and secure meetings with new brands globally, across industry verticals.
Identify market trends, opportunities and potential gaps that can be capitalised on.
Work with key brands to create commercially successful marketing campaigns Measure the success of all campaigns based on commercial and marketing KPIs Manage brand budget negotiations to meet department targets  Handle inbound questions and requests from brands Build and nurture excellent relationships with brands, acting as an ambassador for WordSeed Project manage brand campaigns from conception through to implementation About You Above all, we're looking for a team player with a deep interest in ecommerce and consumer brands Skills can be taught, and we provide full hands-on training We're considering candidates from entry level to 3 years experience.
The Offer Full-time, permanent Competitive basic salary Uncapped commission Schedule: Monday - Friday Work from anywhere 25 days holiday per year (plus all public holidays) Holiday allowance increases on length of service, plus your birthday off Life Moments- paid time available to take when 'life happens'
