A leading provider of measurement and control solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
The right candidate will have a proven track record in sales or business development, particularly in identifying, analysing, and signing key strategic channel partners throughout EMEA.
What you'll do: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on building and nurturing relationships with existing and new channel partners throughout the EMEA region.
Identify and onboard new partners that align with our target market and strategic goals.
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with new partners.
Monitor and track progress, preparing regular reports on business development activities.
Who you are: A highly motivated, results-oriented individual with exceptional relationship-building skills.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
A self-starter who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Experience in the industrial process industry and/or building management systems (BMS) is a plus, but not required.
