We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) / Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join an innovative company in the high-reliability electronics industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a "hunter" mentality to drive business growth by identifying new customers, developing relationships, and creating business opportunities in the UK North/Ireland region.
Key Responsibilities Discover and engage new customers and business opportunities in line with the company's sales strategy.
Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the UK North/Ireland and Scandinavia.
Build long-term relationships with key international customers.
Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, driving geographic strategy for each territory.
Organize and manage client visits to company facilities.
Travel across the UK, Europe, and occasionally to the US to meet clients and attend events.
What We're Looking For Experience in business development within the Aerospace, Defence, or Space industries.
Knowledge of complex electronic systems (e.g., Hybrid technology, DCDC power supplies) is a plus.
Background in high-reliability markets with a good understanding of quality systems (e.g., AS9100).
Strong sales experience with both products and services.
Ability to travel within the UK, Europe, and occasionally the US.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and in teams.
Tenacious and collaborative with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Qualifications Degree in Electronics or related field, or relevant experience.
Significant experience in a similar role.
