Business Development Manager

Sparrows is looking for an experienced Business Development professional seeking a new challenge and an opportunity to join an exciting period of growth for the company.
Role Act as the main point of contact for IFAs, building trust and strong relationships.
Call and meet advisers regularly to promote Sparrows' solutions.
Understand the IFA market and the needs of Advisers/Planners.
Achieve call/meeting targets and contribute to growth objectives.
Stay organised and motivated while fostering strong partnerships.
Responsibilities Identify partnership opportunities.
Develop new relationships to drive business growth and support company expansion.
Maintain and nurture existing relationships.
Think critically when planning to ensure project success.
Qualifications/Experience 3–5 years' prior industry-related Business Development experience.
Level 4 RQF preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude to Business Development and experience in consultative sales.
Focused and goal-oriented.
