Role Description: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our remote team.
In this full-time role, you will primarily focus on maintaining a robust sales pipeline, closing new leads, and expanding sales with existing clients.
Client origination will be handled by another team, allowing you to concentrate on nurturing relationships and driving sales through strategic client engagements and calls.
Key Responsibilities : - Manage and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
- Conduct calls to effectively engage and nurture prospective and existing clients.
- Close leads by delivering tailored sales proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive additional sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales strategies and objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to Alenikos' overall success.
Qualifications: - Strong business development, sales, and marketing skills.
- Proven experience in managing sales pipelines and closing deals (at least 3 years in sales) - Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation, UX/UI design, software development and CRO is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
