We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Manchester team.
This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to elevate office performance and drive successful outcomes across campaigns.
You will be responsible for optimizing training and onboarding processes, collaborating with key stakeholders, and working directly in field sales to stay connected with on-the-ground team dynamics.
This position is ideal for a proactive leader eager to engage in a hands-on environment and contribute meaningfully to our growth.
Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager: Develop Training and Onboarding: Lead the strategy and execution of training programs to ensure new team members are equipped for success from day one.
Mentor and support team members to foster development and performance.
Work Closely with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the offline sales industry to enhance collaboration and drive campaign success.
Field Sales Participation: Engage in on-the-ground field sales efforts to gain insights, understand challenges, and identify opportunities to better support our sales teams.
KPI Tracking and Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive office performance and achieve growth targets.
Contribute to Growth Strategy: Bring innovative ideas, entrepreneurial spirit, and growth-oriented thinking to support strategic initiatives and elevate our office's impact.
