Scope of the post As the Business Development Manager, you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.
You will have to be a strategic leader with excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen and are able to spot opportunities and provide tangible solutions to generate profitable sales.
Key Accountabilities Responsibilities: • Managing, coaching, and leading the Business Development Team.
• Developing and strengthening existing customer relationships and creating new engagements which enables the organisation to expand its market reach.
• Establish strong relationships with key accounts through demonstration of excellent service and support, and commercial and technical competence.
• Provide excellent market, customer and competitor information to the senior leadership team and provide strategies for growing and building the business profitably, in line with the company goals.
• Producing key management reports and key performance indicators • Regular KPI monitoring and ensuring that targets are met.
• Be able to sell and advise on all the organisation's services.
• Preparing and delivering presentations and produce marketing material with external partners and other service providers.
