We're seeking motivated individuals to join a successful team, driving sales for a leading SaaS LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) software used in QC testing.Key Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote and sell software and services.
Tailor sales pitches to address specific client needs.Client Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and offering tailored solutions.Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the software, products, and services.Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Develop strategies to achieve revenue and growth goals.Solution Customization: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements and propose customized solutions.Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting how offerings can solve their problems.Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service-level agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company standards.Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales forecasts.
Report on progress to leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in STEM, Business, Humanities, Marketing, or related field (preferred).5+ years of experience with a proven track record in sales and business development, particularly in software, SaaS, or LIMS sales.Strong knowledge of the technology and services industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.If you are a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in software and services sales, we want to hear from you!
