We are partnering with a fantastic boutique asset management firm looking to hire 2 Regional Business Development Managers covering the Manchester and Birmingham regions.

The position will be focused on selling to regional IFAs in the Midlands and Manchester regions, driving revenue growth within the UK advisory sector.
This role is crucial in expanding their presence and sales through the advisory channel, focusing on managing relationships with a core group of advisors and promoting both multi-asset and single-strategy financial products.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Sales, creating and implementing sales plans, prioritising key accounts, and consistently meeting monthly targets.
The successful candidate will be involved in: Cultivating strong relationships with UK advisory businesses, conducting research and prioritising accounts to maximise growth opportunities Creating and execute a tailored sales plan for designated regions and accounts Achieving or exceeding sales targets by building trust with clients, understanding their needs, and positioning the company's solutions effectively Keeping updated on industry trends, market developments, and product knowledge, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements Partnering with other distribution channels and internal teams to support broader strategic objectives Maintaining precise records of all client activities and comply with data protection regulations Providing intelligence on market and client needs to inform business strategy Ensuring all activities are conducted in line with regulatory and company standards, with a focus on product suitability and due diligence The ideal candidate will have: Comprehensive understanding of the UK IFA and experience within advisory sales channels Proven track record in selling multi-asset solutions; experience with single-strategy funds is highly desirable Strong communicator with polished presentation abilities and skill in relationship management Ability to think consultatively, develop long-term solutions, and understand clients' unique needs High level of gravitas with strong senior client connectivity A proactive, target-driven professional with a proven record of meeting and exceeding objectives For more information please apply here or email Chris at ******.
