Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead their UK sales efforts, specifically targeting the NHS and related health and social care sectors.
This high-impact role will focus on selling enterprise-level solutions, engaging C-suite stakeholders, and fostering strategic relationships within the NHS and other key healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling complex solutions to the NHS and a proven record of navigating executive-level engagements to close large-scale deals.
Required Skills and Experience: Healthcare Sales Expertise: Extensive experience selling complex, enterprise-level solutions to the NHS, with a deep understanding of NHS procurement processes and healthcare challenges.
C-Suite Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and close deals with executive stakeholders within healthcare organizations.
Enterprise Solution Knowledge: Proficiency in the sale of software or system-based solutions within healthcare, including an understanding of the challenges and benefits of digital transformation in health and social care.
Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with proven negotiation and closing abilities.
