Committed to sustainability and excellence, we prioritise safety, collaboration, innovation, and expertise.We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced service solutions, Business Development Manager to join our dynamic Industrial Services division of the business offering emission prevention and control benefits through a range of integrated and managed solutions, the purpose of this position is to expand our footprint into new territories and redefine industry standards to deliver enhanced value and unparalleled service efficiency to our valued customers.WSG are committed to combining its best-in-class knowledge with an innovative approach, utilising teamwork, and dedication to deliver quality services resulting in unmatched customer satisfaction.This is a full time, permanent role to be based from Middlesbrough, you will be required to cover the North East and other locations, including Immingham and surrounding regions.Full training and support will be provided in regards to the Industrial Services sector to allow the experienced Business Development applicants to be successful in the role.Key Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities: identifying potential clients, markets and partnershipsDevelop and implement strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targetsSource and attend industry events to build relationships and promote WSG servicesUnderstand client needs, create and deliver compelling value propositionsAchieve Sales and growth by implementing strategies to attain an increased turn over and client contract growth.Client Relationship Management with stakeholders new and existingContribute to the delivery of the new business growth working closely with operational management to ensure key accounts are managed, developed and successful.Effective liaison, support and assistance between colleagues within Industrial Services and other sectors of the businessIdentify tendering opportunities, conducting tenders and securing long term contracts.Lead face to face client engagement sessionsConduct detailed site visits to accurately assess project requirements and deliver precise job costingsForecasting sales opportunities across multiple sectorsCompetitor analysisWSG Energy Services can offerA competitive basic salary depending on experienceThe choice of a company car or car allowanceFlexible work life balanceIncentive schemeDeath In Service CoverPrivate Medical CoverCompany Pension Scheme33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
