Reporting to the VP of Sales, you'll also collaborate with our marketing advisor and commercial team to deliver maximum impact.
Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients and buyers within the hospitality, food service, and related sectors.
Build a pipeline of high intent qualified leads for the sales team through cold outreach and partner referrals.
Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Conduct compelling customer calls and craft persuasive emails to generate meetings for the sales team.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and opportunity win-rates.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation strategies.
Use HubSpot CRM to track activity and support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare performance reports and present insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications 2+ years of experience in outbound telesales, business development or sales, ideally within SaaS, food safety, or hospitality technology.
Good understanding of B2B business development processes, including focused territory mapping and prospecting.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Proficiency with tools like HubSpot CRM and following sales qualification methodologies such as BANT or MEDDICC.

Experience in startups or scaling environments.
Knowledge of allergen management regulations (e.g., FIR 2013, Natasha's Law).
Hands-on experience in pub or restaurant operations is desirable.
