About the Role: Lead business development efforts to generate new client relationships in the UK and key European markets.
Target enterprise and mid-market fleets (500+ vehicles), aiming for high-value wins and long-term partnerships.
Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on quick wins.
Collaborate with the in-house technology team to deliver bespoke solutions that meet client needs.
Engage with C-level and key stakeholders within fleet, leasing, and rental sectors.
About You: 7-10+ years of sales experience in telematics, focused on fleet, leasing, rental, or insurance sectors.
Proven track record as a new business hunter with strong client relationship skills.
Established network in the UK and potentially across European markets.
Skilled in handling complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.
Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a remote setup with flexibility for travel.
Confident in delivering custom solutions that address unique client requirements.
Package: Base salary of £65,000-£85,000 with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure.
Strategic bonuses for achieving key sales objectives.
Remote working with occasional trips to the London office.
