Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a passion for delivering results, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Accurately forecast sales and maintain up-to-date CRM records.
Track and report on sales performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business opportunities Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy, as we introduce enhancements to existing solutions and/or release new products Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive effort.
The Person: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven success in a sales or business development role (minimum 2-3 years).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): • Achievement of individual sales and revenue targets.
• Retention and growth of client accounts.
• Volume and quality of new business opportunities generated.
• Accuracy and timeliness of CRM updates and sales reporting.
This role offers a great opportunity for an ambitious, driven sales professional to excel and contribute significantly to the growth of our organisation.
Base Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 OTE: £70,000, commission uncapped
