Role: The Business Development Manager will report to the Head of Business Development, playing a vital role in expanding the organisation's reach and promoting new services for seniors in London.
This position is ideal for a sales and business development professional eager to connect with medical professionals and introduce them to organisation's industry-leading offerings.
Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Meeting with 6-8 medical professionals each day across Central London.
Presenting their comprehensive suite of services and products.
Creating business development opportunities, such as organizing practice education lunches.
Inviting medical professionals to educational conferences, CPD events, and product launches.
Supporting the membership relationship team in onboarding new members.
Achieving targets and KPIs consistently.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is resilient, driven, and highly organized, with a deep interest in healthcare—particularly senior care and dementia.
This person will have excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work collaboratively toward shared targets.
Additional attributes include: A natural ability to connect with others, with a talent for spotting new business opportunities.
A strategic thinker, creative and resourceful in approach, with a passion for making a tangible impact.
A background in sales, ideally with healthcare experience.
Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus, though not essential.
Flexibility to work across Central London, managing daily meetings effectively to achieve sales targets.
