Kriya has a wide-reaching network of strategic distribution partners including Barclays Bank UK PLC and is backed by a prestigious array of equity investors including Northzone, Barclays Bank UK PLC, and Mouro Capital (owned by Santander Bank).The Role This is a great opportunity to join Kriya's Commercial team focusing on closing merchants in the mid-market and enterprise segment.
You will be taking a consultative sales approach to understand B2B merchants' need for working capital and BNPL solutions.
This is an exciting role where you will be involved across the entire sales process from prospecting to closing and scaling the sales team as the business grows.What You'll Be Doing Identifying a target list of prospects and engaging with key decision-makers and influencers within the businesses, building strong relationships with them.
Using expert industry knowledge to pitch the benefits of adopting Kriya's innovative payment solutions and how those align with the business priorities of our target customers.
Owning and managing a complex and often long sales cycle from prospecting all the way to successfully launching an integration and driving adoption and value for the merchant.
Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of key business opportunities, recognising industry trends and having expert knowledge of the competitive landscape.
Working collaboratively with the wider team including Marketing, Implementation, Operations and Risk to ensure you can package the best solution.
Driving new business generation through referrals and partnerships Requirements Minimum 3-5 years of B2B or B2C experience selling financial products A strong track record of consistently high-performing in a revenue-generating role  Great verbal and written communication skills, and ability to build trust and rapport with all stakeholders of an organisation  Reliable, proactive and tenacious  You are customer centric and determined to achieve great results Enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, mission-led environment  You are excited by the challenge of revolutionising business finance Our company values are:#MakeItHappen:We're focused on getting the important stuff done first.
