Key goal is to drive sales and achieve set deals value and service KPIs, while building and maintaining strong business relationships that uphold brand reputation across the South East Region.
Salary - Up to £60,000 + comms Days - Monday to Friday Structure - Remote and on road with customers Permanent, Full Time Sectors: Building, Construction, Landscaping Scope This role involves working within a defined territory to develop industry knowledge, respond to customer inquiries, and act as the selling ambassador for the company.
The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and maximize market potential.

Continually develop industry knowledge, regulations needed, and know-how.
Respond to customer emails promptly and by phone where appropriate.
Be the selling ambassador for the company in the defined territory.
Lead on local relationships to drive the repeat purchase of products.
Unlock new opportunities for the company at the regional level and build their depth of contacts in regions.
Work with marketing to maximize potential and gain market insight as efficiently as possible.
Log all customer meetings and conversations into CRM in accordance with company policy.
Approach and gain interest from target clients.
Collaborate with colleagues across the company to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Channel Team to ensure smooth customer transitions throughout the customer journey.
Create and further a pipeline of ongoing targets or uncover opportunities to ensure a consistent and growing revenue stream.
Follow up with prospective clients identified by the lead generation team.
Have excellent knowledge of key industry sectors within their region as defined by the company.
Identify opportunities to drive top-line/revenue growth.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively anticipating customer needs.
Provide product advice and technical support to both clients and colleagues.
Submit weekly and monthly reporting.
Visit contractors and developers to help secure projects and attend on-site to advise on best practices for installations.
Work with internal business development executives to manage your calendar and book appointments with clients via the CRM system.
Manage customers effectively, which may require overnight stays.
Work with internal colleagues to optimize regional sales.
Develop and manage a Regional Strategy On a Page.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Approved Installers within the geographical region.
Conduct CPD presentations to architects.
Attend on-site meetings.
Person Specification Previous sales experience is essential as well as a good understanding of the building and/or landscaping industry.
Excellent telephone and face-to-face manner.
Persistent yet polite tone on the telephone.
Able to handle rejection.
Understanding and experience in using CRM systems.
Good product, technical, and installation knowledge.
Geographic knowledge, especially of the direct region.
Ability to work at pace and under pressure.
