Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager at ARGENT FM LIMITED; your base will be the Tiptree office but client site visits will also be expected.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for both maximising existing client opportunities as well as identifying new business routes.
You will also be expected to building robust client relationships, developing growth strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve service delivery.

Qualifications Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Experience in developing growth strategies and meeting business targets Knowledge of the Facilities Management industry is desirable but not essential Excellent presentation and networking abilities Ability to work well autonomously as well as part of a team
