About the Role As Business Development Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sales strategy across the South East UK region .
Your mission?
To drive growth and secure new opportunities in a dynamic market.
Here's what you'll be doing: Strategic Sales: Design and execute innovative sales strategies to conquer the market.
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Unearth new opportunities, build pipelines, and manage the full sales cycle.
Relationship Building: Nurture strong partnerships with OEMs, End Users, and System Integrators.
Business Development: Hunting for exciting new prospects in Gearboxes & Motors.
What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who's more than just a sales expert—you'll be a trailblaser in forging connections and seizing opportunities.
Here's what makes you a perfect fit: Technical Know-How: Strong knowledge of Power Transmission, specifically Gearbox & Motor Technology .
