The Opportunity:This is a new role ensuring our continued growth across diverse markets and focus on positioning our range of Azure technology, advisory and managed services to mid-market and enterprise clients.The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the growth of our cloud services by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships, This position requires a strong understanding of Microsoft cloud solutions and experience in developing strategies to scale cloud-based services across various markets.Business Development: Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities for cloud services across multiple industries.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with technical & marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning for cloud offerings.Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to optimize product offerings and business strategies.Client Engagement: Lead the engagement with new enterprise clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored cloud solutions.Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations with new clients ensuring favourable terms for the company.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our other pillars ensuring that all services are introducedRevenue Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets by developing and executing sales strategies in line with company goals.The PersonA Proven track record of selling Microsoft digital transformation solutions Consultative new business hunter with a structured approach to building and developing a territory7+ years of proven business development experience selling technology and/or professional services, with track record of consistently exceeding annual targetsIn depth understanding of Microsoft solution / cloud platform and experience of solving customer challenges through solution sellingProven track record of selling into target mid-market and enterprise clients across diverse industriesProven ability to establish client relationships at multiple levels and orchestrate through complex, multi-stakeholder buying processesProactive sales approach building relationships across the businessSales hunter attitude to building/closing pipelineSelf-starter and ability to work independently acting on own initiativeTakes Personal Ownership of work and interactionsExcellent interpersonal & communication skillsArticulate both verbally and writtenTenacity/persistence and an assertive mentalityDemonstrates attention to detailCommercially minded with natural business acumen and ability to assimilate numbers/financials quicklyAgile approach to mobile working.On offer is a 6 figure package with excellent benefits and Hybrid /Remote work pattern.
