JOB TITLE:        Business Development Manager LOCATION:      Bristol SALARY FROM: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum + Commission     The Employer: We are looking to fill the role of Business Development Manager within a sustainable construction environment, RGB are very excited to be sourcing for the above position, The client being represented is a leading expert in innovative sustainable solution design within the construction field, they are a fast-growing organisation, consistently aiming to understand and improve environmentally friendly build options.

The Role: Researching and making first contact with new clients based on research in target areas Building relationships, gauging customer needs and putting proposals together Re-establish contact with existing clients Reviews with senior staff members in terms of target areas Keeping CRM database up to date Assist with the managing of fee monitoring Organise and Manage presentations of CPDs to external parties Ensuring CPD and networking relationships are followed up Managing company representation at relevant networking events Work with management team to develop documents where needed Chasing fees that have been issued and getting feedback       The Candidate should have: The natural desire to be a team player, whilst being able to work alone at times Ability to communicate effectively with team members, Management and clients A passion for supporting the product and company values Experience and confidence in building relationships with new clients A highly organised and systematic approach to work Able to listen to people effectively, be familiar with all aspects of what is available ensuring the ability to offer services on an individual basis       SUMMARY: This is a Full time Role For the first 6 months this will be an office-based role Mon-Fri After 6 months, 3 days Office based.
1 being Tuesday   SALARY: Negotiable, a majority of the pay will be a monthly salary with commission based on strategic targets This is to ensure the Business Development Manager is an integrated member of the team and whose aim is to support the development of the team as a whole   INTERVIEW: The client is keen to fill this role quickly so if it is of interest, don't delay in sending your CV over to us so we can put your name forward for interview stage.
