Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help grow our client base in the energy sectors.
What will I be doing?
As a Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong client relationships in the energy industry.
You will work on identifying potential clients, understanding their short term and long term recruitment needs, and provide a tailored contract recruitment solution to support their business growth.
Key responsibilities include: Identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term client partnerships.
Collaborating with the delivery team to ensure successful candidate placements.
Staying updated on industry trends and market changes to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Attending customer visits, trade shows, networking events and other professional meet-ups to represent Douglas Stuart Ltd. as the best in class for manpower services.
What skills/experience will I need?
We are looking for someone with a background in the Oil & Gas or Renewable Energy sectors.
Key skills and experience include: Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
Experience in consultative selling and closing deals.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team, with excellent time-management skills.
