Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company to recruit for a Business Development Manager covering the West Midlands, Ireland, Manchester, Liverpool and Milton Keynes.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be selling the portfolio of specialist products to a wide range of clients, from Tier 1 OEMs to end users.
Whilst managing a portfolio of customers.

This role is a mixture of managing some of the businesses biggest accounts, but also winning new business, through your various new business techniques.

Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
Create new business opportunities with new customers and lapsed customer accounts Manage your sales pipeline of new business Meet customers face to face across your territory to build on relationships and secure new orders, Provide technical support to existing and new customers, to increase sale opportunities Introduce new products from the expanding range, up-sell and cross-sell to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.
Work closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPI's Skills & experience required.
Proven B2B sales experience in a technical metal environment Experience working towards and achieving KPI's and sales financial targets Experience working in an industrial or engineering setting, with chemicals, adhesives or paints would be advantageous Benefits Salary of up to £52,000 Bonus structure Company Car Company pension 25 days holiday plus BH 4x Life insurance Citrus Recruit acts as an employment business when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
