The role can be tailored around the location of the candidate and there is a healthy base of clients to go at as well as projects to inherit.
Key to the success of the role is credibility and understanding of fire safety regulations within social housing led build and refurb projects.
You will engage and influence stakeholders across planning, purchasing, installation and regulatory as well as identifying specialist fire regulation consultants that work on behalf of councils and LAs.
This role will involve both new business drive and hunger to identify projects, tenders and opportunities as well as long term project management, and working on tender frameworks for specific product requirements.
Working as part of a close knit and highly successful sales team, you will represent a brand of specialist fire doors with market leading reputation.
The position will require you to demonstrate your understanding of specifiers, fire regulations within the building industry and effectively communicate this to end users.
Key to success in this role is a proven track record of sales and strong sales process with effective communication techniques.
Candidates with a knowledge of fire, passive fire protection or a strong track record of new business within social housing should apply!

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria: · 2 years or more working in field sales within fire sector
· Have sold LAs or Social Housing Groups and won tenders
· Ability to manage a pipeline of projects and long sales cycle
· A consultative, driven and professional salesperson with good attention to detail
· Understanding of fire and building regulations with sales experience is ideal.
Salary: 45-60k basic salary d.o.e, plus good commission, company car or allowance, mobile, laptop, 25 days holiday, pension scheme
