The Role We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (Head of Desk) to join our team.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on securing new business, building strong client relationships, and managing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities Business Development: Drive new business acquisition on a monthly basis through innovative and effective strategies.
Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to build your pipeline.
Think outside the box to source leads and create unique approaches to engage prospects.
Follow up with leads and manage them through the sales funnel to successful closure.
Client Onboarding & Management: Oversee the entire onboarding process, guiding clients through their first trade and ensuring a seamless experience.
Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering value and exceptional service.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and develop a team of Business Development Executives to meet and exceed targets.
Lead by example, demonstrating a proven ability to close deals and exceed expectations.
Foster a high-performance culture within your team through motivation, support, and accountability.
What We're Looking For Proven track record of success in business development and sales, ideally within the financial services or FX sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
Exceptional networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
Confidence in working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
