Business Development Manager - Fleet

The Business Development Manager – Fleet will be responsible for driving growth by nurturing relationships with existing Fleet clients and identifying and securing new Fleet clients.
You will be a strategic thinker, Proactive with a strong background in business development, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the EV charging landscape.
You will assist with tender submissions, surveys and manage client relationships to ensure profitably of the Fleet department.
We are looking for an individual with confidence, enthusiasm, versatility and a passion for the renewable sector.
Essential:  Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the EV or related industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for sustainability and the EV industry Proactive and preventive  Desirable:  Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Engineering Qualification To develop, inform and execute sustainable sales growth of Fleet Clientele, related to full turnkey opportunities, grid infrastructure, back office, hardware and O&M.
Take responsibility for customer account management, directly supporting commercial and technical account queries whilst coordinating with internal departments to seek resolution.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and outreach efforts Provide an understanding to clients of financial propositions / modeling to include OPEX and CAPEX.
Develop high level and profitable relationships with organisations to ensure the Company is well positioned to win further business, monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
To carry out surveys of customer satisfaction to identify the scope for improvements in product quality and service delivery upon completion of projects.
Maintain regular contact with other functions / departments / countries within the company to keep abreast of any developments in the fields of product marketing and research to ensure that the Company continues to compete effectively.
Assist in the development of sales and marketing literature and associated documentation to improve marketing of the Company and its products.
Determine technical and commercial requirements when assessing new business development and sales opportunities, coordinating with the Fleet delivery team and commercial departments where necessary to complete opportunity assessment.
Prepare and present presentation benefits and value proposition for products and services.
Provide continuous feedback to the Head Of Partnerships for Fleet on pipeline projects, projections and secured revenue.
Evaluate market opportunities and attend trade shows, industry events and awards ceremonies with a willingness to present.
Work closely with commercial / Tender teams to facilitate preparation of winning bids.
