We are on the hunt for an intellectually curious self-starter with 10+ years of commercial experience to oversee the sales process and help build our sales function.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth, interacting with CTOs, Corporate Innovation teams and Tech Scouts inside large organisations to ensure our future customers feel inspired about what we do and compelled to work with us.
We are looking for someone who is mid-career, entrepreneurial, a natural people-person and comfortable developing and managing new client relationships.
You will be able to talk credibly about our products and services and own the sales strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Build our book of work and our sales process Lead the sales outreach and execution on a day-to-day basis Collaborate with internal teams to build on new and existing revenue streams Provide market feedback to support new product development Input into the development of sales collateral and processes Provide sales forecasts and performance reports You are expected to gain exposure to a wide range of emerging technology topics, such as:
AI and machine learning Biotechnology and manufacturing Autonomous and unmanned systems Nanotechnologies and advanced materials Next-gen renewables and Net Zero innovation Schedule:
Monday to Friday No weekends Remote and flexible working arrangements considered REQUIREMENTS 10+ years commercial experience, of which 5+ years in sales or customer success roles in B2B knowledge/information, intelligence or advisory services Experienced in navigating and pitching to R&D-led enterprise companies Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment Background or genuine interest in science and technology High level of attention to detail, personable and flexible Highly motivated and target driven APPLY Please note only candidates who submit a cover letter and a maximum two-page CV to highlighting your suitability for this role will be considered.
