Position: Business Development Manager (DACH) Location: Remote/Work from homein the United Kingdom and the Republic ofIreland Employment type: Fulltime Salary: Base DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Drive business growth and development with products and services in the DACH region Develop and executestrategies to identify and capture new business opportunities Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders Execute sales targets and revenue goals REQUIREMENTS: At least 1 year ofexperience in sales or a related field (B2B) with SaaS applications in the DACH region Experience with CRM software and data analysis Experience with Moodle and Totara will be considered an advantage Bachelors degree in business or related field Fluency in German and English Strong understanding of industry and market trends Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities Skilled in managing multiple deals independently with strong organisational and timemanagement abilities Demonstrated track record ofdeveloping and implementing sales strategies and plans Willingness to occasionally ravel to Belfast Hub OFFER: Welcome pack with latest hardware Bonus & workplace pension Wellbeing benefits and Employee discount scheme Birthday vouchers Ability to work abroad for up to 20 days per year 52 hours personal learning 35 days annual leave Remotefirst flexible working model
