Job Summary The Business Development Manager for Bridging Finance will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of the company's short-term lending portfolio.
This individual will focus on sourcing new business, building and managing relationships with brokers, introducers, and other key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and solutions that meet client needs.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the bridging finance market, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in business development.
Key Skills and Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial services sector, with a focus on bridging finance or property finance strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
