Job Description This is a remote position.
OM Search Consultants is working exclusively with an ambitious, forward thinking manufacturing business, based in Midlands, with a Global customer base on their search to find a like-minded individual.
As a Business Development Manager, you will provide significant expertise in sourcing, targeting, and winning new business by identifying and building solid, high-level relationships with existing and potential new customers.
Manages the entire sales cycle, to ensure revenue is in line with organisation and individual targets.
Requirements Role Requirements Build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline of potential sales across the Midlands region.
Develop a detailed understanding of customers' requirements and ensure that all sales opportunities are fully explored and captured.
Build business cases for the targeted elements of the pipeline and win strategies to deliver the business case.
Win sales and orders, obtain new contracts, meet (and exceed) sales targets and profit and growth objectives.
Lead and co-ordinate negotiations with customers and existing customers.
Work closely with an established Group Sales Director Essential Skills / Experience / Qualifications Proven experience as a high performing sales professional Minimum of 3 years' experience selling technical products within the Plastics Manufacturing industry Experience drafting bids/tenders Service-driven ethic, enthusiastic and curious Benefits Salary of up £50,000, Plus Commission/ Bonus Requirements Role Requirements Build, manage and maintain a substantial pipeline of potential sales across the Midlands region.
