We're seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and foster partnerships within the security and technology solutions sector.
Based in Crawley, this role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and the drive to achieve gross profit and client satisfaction targets.

Develop long-term connections with key accounts, end-users, and installers, establishing a competitive edge for future projects.
Actively research and identify project leads, building a solid and quantifiable sales pipeline.
Ensure Quality Delivery : Anticipate project needs, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain high standards in project execution and client satisfaction.
Grow Client Base : Leverage networking skills to enhance our customer database and drive new business opportunities.

Proven track record of delivering profitable sales growth, developing client relationships, and securing new business.
