A Guardian protects the building 24/7 and brings back the community to life. We are looking for a Business Development Executive on a permanent, full time basis.
Based in Cuffley, UK and offering Hybrid working. The Business Development Executive will drive growth and expansion by extending the reach of our products and services; identifying and converting marketing or self-generated client and market-relations leads into new business opportunities, achieving assigned revenue KPI's.
Responsibilities Goal Setting: Define clear objectives for the outreach campaign, to acquire new clients, new markets and new partnerships. Value Proposition: Develop compelling value propositions that gauge and address the individual needs of the target audience, satisfy those needs, pitching to new (and current) clients and differentiating one client from another and, the company from our competitors. Channel Selection: Identify and choose the most effective communication channels (e.g., exhibitions and industry events, email, phone, online meetings, social media) to contact prospects and successfully convert them into, leads, clients and ambassadors. Lead Generation: Utilise various methods to generate leads, such as black-book, networking events, social media, marketing, referrals, other. CRM Management: Use My Globe to organise and track prospects, ensuring all opportunities followed are; timely, organised and optimal. Hold Sales meetings with clients (virtual or in person), set up initial inspection, negotiate terms, create a proposal.
Manage all client communications in collaboration with Customer Services including proposal submission.
Update all progress in My Globe, call and attend internal meetings, meeting presentations & input. Finalise terms with client, close business, handover to Customer Service for client on-boarding. Requirements Three to five years minimum experience as a BD operative Working in and around London and extensive national travel Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client's requirements and matching product attributes Excellent IT skills and knowledge of key apps; CRM, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, analysis software A bachelors' degree or similar level Full current & clean driving licence (desirable) Languages a plus Benefits Competitive salary + commission scheme Hybrid working
