Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Researching NHS Trusts to identify key stakeholders who make the decisions Contacting key stakeholders to arrange meetings to pitch products and services, some calls will be 'cold calling' Develop new relationships and strengthen existing ones Maintain Bullhorn database of key contacts Finding out what a Trust requires and working with the CEO and Associate Commercial Director to plan proposals and pricing Selling and cross selling/upselling products and services to new and existing clients Negotiating with clients and building positive relationships Maintain relationships by regular follow-up Attending NHS events and conferences Writing reports and making presentations to clients and senior management Identifying new product development and sales opportunities Forecasting sales targets based on potential actual placements and making sure they are met Delivering training to junior Business Development Executives in time Co-ordinating with recruitment team to fulfil requirements specifically Psychiatry, Radiology, Pathology and Women's and Children's Qualifications Requirements: Able to work independently and proactively, managing your own time and responsibilities The confidence and competence to steadily introduce improved processes, procedures Results orientated and commercially focused Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills The ability to get on with people at all levels and influence them Strong problem-solving and creative skills Stay calm under pressure and keep to deadlines Strong sales and negotiation techniques Teamworking and leadership skills Attention to detail Additional Information About M3 EU: M3 EU is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, offering digital solutions across healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, and more.
