Business Development Executive We have partnered a leading international law firm based in London, renowned for its excellence in legal services and commitment to client success.
The firm are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to join their new and growing Business Development team.
This role involves providing daily support to the Business Development department and assigned practice groups.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in legal business development and marketing and will play a crucial role in supporting various BD, events, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day support to BD Managers, the Director of BD, and the Client Events Director.
Assist in the preparation and execution of client events and conferences, including logistics and coordination with attorneys.
Support activities related to client relations and firm promotion, including media relations.
Draft and produce attorney bios, practice profiles, brochures, and presentation materials.
Conduct research on current and prospective clients using internal databases and external sources.
Prepare drafts of pitches and RFPs, including executive summaries detailing the firm's capabilities.
Coordinate logistics for pitch/RFP production and delivery.
Maintain and update the firm's tracking system, matter lists, and client lists.
Assist with data collection for directories, awards, and league table submissions.
Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree.
One to two years of experience in a law firm, professional services, or business environment is a highly desired.
Experience with Contact Relationship Management (CRM) systems is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities, including writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work confidently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels.
