Business Development Executive

Team Support in Chester-Le-Street are looking for an experienced Business to Business sales person to join their existing team.
Duties & Responsibilities: The Business Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and growing the territory.
Utilising inbound leads, outbound contact, calls, emails and socials contact.
Managing a full pipeline via the CRM system.
Qualifying prospects based on their current business challenges and needs using targeted and relevant questions.
Meeting qualified lead/demos targets every month.
Working to sales targets and incentives, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Experience & Skills needed: Previous experience in an outbound role is advantages.
Strong communication.
High motivation and ambition.
Ambition to meet targets and build robust client relationships.
