Business Development Executive

Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting for a Business Development Executive in Bridgend for a hyper growth company.
In this role, you will proactively engage with potential new customers, follow up on warm leads, and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
This is a hybrid role where you must be able to travel to Bridgend twice a week.

Responsibilities & day to day duties As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for: Proactively identify and engage with potential new customers through outbound sales efforts.
Follow up on warm inbound leads, build relationships with customers using a consultative approach Handle a high volume of sales interactions, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
Offer tailored solutions to meet clients' needs after understanding what they are looking for Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
