Business Development Director - Workday Practice
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to join our Workday Practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience within the ERP/Workday product domain, particularly catering to healthcare trusts or local authorities. Candidates with experience in Oracle, SAP, or other ERP product sales will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Workday practice. Identify and target potential clients within the healthcare trust and local authority sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and client satisfaction. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Requirements:

Minimum of 7-10/12 years of sales experience in ERP/Workday product sales, specifically catering to healthcare trusts or local authorities. Proven track record of successful sales and business development within the ERP domain. Experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP product sales is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the UK market, with a focus on the North West and London regions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid working environment. High level of self-motivation and a results-driven approach. How to Apply:
