Business Development Director – Print/Manufacturing Hybrid - Commutable to Leeds – 1 day in the office a week £60,000-£70,000 We're seeking an experienced Business Development Director for our client to spearhead new Print service opportunities across the UK Public and Private Sectors.
This role offers the chance to join a high-performing team, driving growth and delivering exceptional pitches that elevate our agency's reputation.
What You'll Do: Lead business development efforts for both Public and Private sectors.
Develop and deliver successful Print service solutions that exceed client expectations.
Craft high-quality content for proposals, pitches, and marketing materials.
Take ownership of commercial targets, ensuring best practices in all processes.
What You'll Need: 5+ years of business development experience in Print, Design, or Communications within an agency.
Proven track record in winning complex bids over £1m annually.
Experience with Crown Commercial Service and building relationships at the C-suite level.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
