Business Development Director

We are working with a successful online property auctioneer in the heart of Battersea with stunning offices looking over the River Thames. They are looking for their Business Development Director to take on the role of acquisition of properties from various streams. This role is for the hungry, driven, and extremely money-motivated type of individual! The basic salary is negotiable for the right person!
You will be working with a lovely team of great people who are kind and believe in their values, but they are all successful and money-motivated, with some earning over £200k.
Responsibilities: Work with Land, Commercial, and Residential Properties. Travel across the UK, with properties close to the offices; a company car will be provided. Conduct valuations and get instructions to pass on to the sales team for auction and sale of properties. Source instructions from clients, including Estate Agencies, Property Platforms like Zoopla, consumers, and networking. Be driven by earning potential, as the OTE will be very lucrative with monthly commissions. Travel to the offices Monday-Friday; remote work is not an option, but flexibility is available. We are looking for someone who will help the CEO take the business to the next stage. They don't need a BDM Director as they are busy, but they want to elevate as a brand with your assistance.
