Business Development Director

This Business Development Director position will see you playing a strategic role within an organisation who attract current and future leaders from around the globe who are passionate about their professional and personal development. The role of Business Development Director will see you fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture and line managing 2 individuals.

This position is ideal for someone who fosters relationships, enjoys the networking approach, enjoys learning about others and isn't afraid to ask questions. You'll be naturally curious and look to increase sales through both new and existing channels.
A few of your key duties will include:-
