Key Responsibilities: Assist the sales team in daily operations and activities, ensuring alignment with company targets and long-term vision.
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding quotes, orders, and tender opportunities, keeping them informed of status updates within agreed timescales.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline and customer account records through the CRM system.
Support lead generation efforts and manage incoming inquiries to ensure timely responses.
What do you need?
Proven experience in sales support or business development, preferably within the electrical or similar industry.
Proficiency in CRM systems for effectively managing customer accounts and tracking the sales pipeline.
Strong organisational, planning, administrative, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset with a commitment to achieving goals and supporting the sales team.
